Teligent AB (STO:TGNT) Yesterday afternoon, Teligent AB was declared bankrupt by Södertörn's District Court. Mikael Kubu from Ackordscentralen, Strandvägen 35, 114 56 Stockholm has been appointed as bankruptcy administrator.

Teligent AB (STO:TGNT) The company reorganisation has now come to an end and we have managed to sell off the majority of the company's businesses. Considering the present situation where a significant number of the company's creditors are against a prolongation of the company reorganisation, the Board has decided to submit an application for bankruptcy to the Södertörn District Court.

Teligent AB (STO:TGNT) Teligent AB ("Teligent") has on Tuesday the 7th of October announced the divestment of its Mobile Office business unit. The Mobile Office operation will from this date be operating as a standalone company, completely separated from and independent of Teligent. The name of this new company is Emblacom AB ("Emblacom").

Teligent AB (STO:TGNT) On 30 September 2008, the Board of Teligent AB sold its Russian business. During the first six months of the year, the Russian business had a turnover of MSEK 24,1 and reported a positive contribution of MSEK 5,3.
