Prosafe SE

Prosafe SE (PSFSF.PK) Prosafe has been awarded a contract by Shell U.K. Limited for the provision of the Safe Scandinavia accommodation rig for operations in the UK sector of the North Sea. The firm period of the contract is 65 days with on site operations planned to commence July 2009.

Prosafe SE (PSFSF.PK) Pilehagen Invest AS, a company wholly owned by Arne Austreid, President and CEO, has on 12 June 2008 bought 50,000 shares in Prosafe SE at NOK 50.40 per share. After this, Arne Austreid and related companies own 112,500 shares and 742,524 synthetic options.
