Acta Holding ASA (OSL:ACTA) Simen Mørdre, Chief Executive Officer in Acta Holding ASA, has on October 31st 2008 transferred 45,000 personally owned shares in Acta Holding ASA to his wholly owned investment company Arktos AS. The transaction is done at a price of 1.95 kroner per share. The transaction does not entail any change in Mørdre`s exposure in Acta shares, which still is 95,000 shares.

Aakre, Managing Director in Acta Kapitalforvaltning ASA, has after closing hours on October 30th 2008 transferred 75 000 personally owned shares in Acta Holding ASA to his wholly owned investment company EFA Invest AS. The transaction is done at a price of 1.94 kroner per share. The transaction does not entail any change in Aakre`s exposure in Acta shares, which still is 235 000 shares.
