Geveko (STO:GVKOB) Geveko has today signed an agreement concerning acquisition of the road marking operations within the state-owned company Destia Ltd in Finland.

Geveko (STO:GVKOB) The Norwegian authority of competition has approved the acquisition of the roadmarking operation of Mesta AS. Agreed day of taking possession is September 1, 2008.

Geveko (STO:GVKOB) Geveko participates in a research project in cooperation with the Swedish Road Administration and Luleå University of Technology in the development of intelligent road markings. The project will continue until 2012. The principal aim is to create safer and more efficient traffic environment.

Geveko The Geveko subsidiary Cleanosol AS has signed an agreement with the Norwegian stateowned company Mesta AS concerning acquisition of their road marking operation. Agreed day of taking possession is July 1, 2008. The acquisition requires approval of the Norwegian Competition Authority.
