ACB News《澳华财经在线》报道，Kresta公司执行董事主席卢先锋29日宣布，将支付1000万现金，收购昆州弗兰克林窗帘遮阳蓬安全公司（Franklyn Blinds Awnins Security）全部业务资产，整个交易预计可于2015年2月完成。
