Buccaneer Energy Limited (ASX:BCC)項目融資貸款

Buccaneer Energy Limited (ASX:BCC)於2012年5月份執行了與Richmond Hill 投資公司(簡稱"Richmond Hill")簽訂的以下融資貸款：

- 2000萬美元項目融資貸款(簡稱"融資貸款")。這筆貸款用於與本公司的Kenai Loop開發有關的資本支出，目前進行的Kenai Loop 4號井包括在內。這筆貸款應在2013年1月16日到期(美國時間)。

-3000萬美元的循環信貸承諾(簡稱"ACES 循環信貸")，此筆信貸使本公司可在收到阿拉斯加州ACES計劃項下的返款之前的獲得資金。

這兩筆融資貸款和ACES循環信貸都由本公司的阿拉斯加資產抵押。

本公司已收到多家金融機構的有關上述貸款再融資的提議。本公司和金融機構都在密切關注Kenai Loop 4號井的結果。


為完整獲得Kenai Loop 4號井的結果，本公司與Richmond Hill已一致同意將融資貸款的到期日延期至2013年1月25日(美國時間)。
