Notice of Annual General Meeting

ASX:TB8) ("Tianmei" or the "Company") advises that its first Annual General Meeting ("AGM") post listing on the ASX would be held at 10:00am China Time (12:00pm AEST) on 8 September 2017 at the Baiyun Hotel in Guangzhou, China.
The Company will also organise a video conferencing facility at the offices of Invigor Group Limited on Level 16, 56 Pitt Street Sydney NSW 2000, and encourage the Australian shareholders to attend the AGM via video conferencing.
