Placement Completed $500,000 Raised at 1.5c per Share

ASX:RYG) would like to announce that it has completed Tranche 2 placement raising $500,000, at a unit price of 1.5c per share with ASC Resources (ASC), as a cornerstone investor and a significant shareholder.
This capital raising is in conjunction with "Resolution 3" which was approved at the recent EGM held on October 7, 2014.
