Director Appointment/Resignation

ASX:BCC) (BCGYF:OTCMKTS) ("Buccaneer" or "the Company") is pleased to advise that it has appointed Mr Gavin Wilson as a non-executive director of the Company effective immediately.
Mr Wilson is currently the Investment Manager for the Meridian Group of Companies based in London. Prior to joining the Meridian Group of Companies in 2011 Mr Wilson was the founder and manager of the RAB Energy Fund and the RAB Octane Fund which managed in excess of US$1.5 Bn of investments primarily in the oil and gas sector.
Before becoming a fund manager Mr Wilson spent 10 years with Canaccord Capital in London where he was Head of Oil & Gas and prior to that he was Head of Derivatives with Potter Warburg.
Mr Wilson resides in London, England and the Company is delighted that he has accepted the position with Buccaneer and believes his ongoing support of the business and his depth of experience in the oil and gas sector will be of great benefit to the Company as it moves towards developing its assets within the Cook Inlet, Alaska.
